WINNER CRITERIA AND NOTIFICATION:

• Winners will be announced every Wednesday on Facebook and TikTok, and the prize will be directly distributed to the Winner’s OwnBank Account.

• Each user can only win a special reward once.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR RAFFLE REWARDS:

1. Own It Trial Bonus: shall be credited directly to the winner’s OwnBank Account with  SMS notification

2. Cash-back: Winners must provide their registered OwnBank account details along with a valid ID and communicate via messenger on social media accounts for identification. Claims must be made within 60 calendar days after receiving the announcement via SMS.

3. Redemption period: If the winner of the cash-back reward does not respond to the prize notification within 60 calendar days of issuance or declines the prize for any reason, they will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited in favor of OwnBank,  subject to prior approval of DTI. OwnBank reserved the right to select another winner if the time permits.

4. OwnBank is fully responsible for any applicable tax deductions to the cashback reward (including reward tax and withholding taxes).

5. Failure to submit any information and documents required by the OwnBank within the specified period and non-compliance with these Promotion Terms may result in disqualification and reward forfeiture.

6. In the event of disqualification and reward forfeiture, at the Promoter’s sole discretion and time permitting, and with the concurrence of DTI, an alternate potential winner may be selected from the reserves by the order they were drawn.

• Participants retain ownership but grant OwnBank a non-exclusive, royalty-free license.

• Original Content:
• Videos must be original creations, any plagiarism or use of copyrighted material without permission of the owner will result in disqualification.

• To respect the privacy of individuals featured in the video, no content shall be submitted without the explicit consent of those involved.

• Selection of the Winning Video of Winning Participants.
• Previous weekly winners are not eligible to participate or win again.

• Verification of Winners:
• Every and each potential Winners are subject to identity verification. The submission of erroneous or misleading information may lead to disqualification and the forfeiture of the reward.

• Reward Forfeiture:
• Failure to claim the reward within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture, and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

• Quasi-Cash or Cash-In Transactions:  Any transactions that are classified as quasi-cash or cash-in transactions will not qualify for this campaign. This includes transactions on Forex platforms such as eToro, digital wallet top-ups such as Grab Wallet and Lazada Wallet, and other similar platforms. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list and other similar transactions may also be classified as quasi-cash or cash-in transactions.
   
• Trading Services / Remittances: Transactions made on trading platforms or remittance services are not eligible for this campaign. This includes but is not limited to, stock trading, cryptocurrency trading, and money transfer services.

• Illegal Transactions: Any online transactions related to the purchase of illegal drugs or illegal products are strictly prohibited and will not qualify for this campaign. This includes, but is not limited to, transactions made on online platforms known for drug trade or illegal trade, purchases of substances classified as illegal drugs, purchases of products that are banned or restricted by local laws, and any transactions that violate local laws.

• Any disputed transaction that initially qualifies for the reward/s, any interest earned from the redeemed voucher will be charged back to their account. The user will be notified via email or phone call that the cost of the redeemed item will be charged.

• Disqualification:
• OwnBank reserves the right to disqualify any participating users from the promotion if any fraudulent activity is identified. OwnBank's decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding.

• Liability:
